Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Cecilia'
A profusion of large, showy red double flowers, set against a background of dark green foliage. Blooms from spring through fall. Grows to a height of 4 to 5 feet and a width of 3 to 4 feet. Excellent in containers or as a colorful specimen.
