Blue Hardy Plumbago (Leadwort)
Ceratostigma plumbaginoides
Spreading, low-growing groundcover with green, shiny foliage in late spring, turning bronze-red in fall. Deep blue flowers appear late summer to early fall. Matures at 8 to 12 inches tall and wide. Excellent as a low colorful border.
