License Administrator
Position Summary
Assists all areas of licensing, royalty administration, communications with Licensors and Licensees, patent and trademark registration, royalty analysis and analysis support.
Job Type: Full-time (8 hour shifts)
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Location: On-site, Park Hill, OK.

Essential Duties
- License maintenance, coordination and communications. Conduct initial review of new license and amendments prepared by Licensors.
- Review, format, and obtain appropriate signatures for completed licensing agreements.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy archives of licensing agreements and associated documents.
- Draft licensing agreements, using terms most favorable to Nursery industry. Consult legal staff as needed. Development of new and/or updated model agreements for particular use cases.
- Prepare royalty reports and payments to Licensors.
- Prepare royalty invoices for Licensees.
- Direct the maintenance of royalties, fees and other license required data related to all products.
- Maintain Trademark registrations and Patent Applications.
- Field internal and external licensing and royalty inquiries in timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare budgeting and analytical reports, meet hard reporting deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
- Thorough knowledge of license agreements and common licensing terms required. Solid understanding of contract structure and function.
- Experience drafting and/or revising license agreements, adhering to timelines.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
Education Requirements
- Minimum of three years of related experience preferred.
- Accounting or paralegal experience (Preferred)
