Celtis occidentalis

A broad spreading tree with arching branches and cork-like bark ridges. It grows 40 to 60 feet tall and wide. Good for parks and large areas. Especially suited for challenging dry and windy conditions. Adaptable to acid and alkaline soils, pollution, and varying soils.
