Sparkling Burgundy Pineapple Lily
Eucomis comosa
Dark burgundy leaves change to olive green, then revert back. Flowers on 20 to 30-inch bloom stalks bearing bottlebrush-like wands of soft-pink florets resembling a miniature purple pineapple in summer. Grows 1.5 to 2 feet tall and wide.
