Based in Tarboro North Carolina, our Customer Service Representatives are an essential link between the nursery and our Outside Sales Representatives and customers. Communication skills at many levels are essential. (verbal, pictoral, and IT ). Our CSR team experiences fast paced days of reviewing specific products, load reviews, and answering product and delivery questions. We are looking for high energy professionals who can help solve problems, work with customers and build confidence with our sales and operational teams. CSRs are assigned specific Sales Representatives to work with and can expect to work in office and out in the farm.
